- Training in commerce, sales, or tourism.
- Experience in sales is required; experience in a travel agency is an advantage.
- Knowledge of different sales techniques, including agency appointments and telephone sales, and comfort with commercial interactions.

- Advise on and sell tailored language-travel programs in French, primarily by telephone, email, and appointment.
- Analyze and identify customer requests according to their needs.
- Prepare written quotations for customers in the agency, by telephone, and by email.
- Provide regular customer follow-up, primarily by telephone.
- Develop sales of educational programs through written quotations, telephone calls, personalized interviews, information days, and specialized trade shows in France.
- Travel-agency sales experience is an advantage.
