Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute mobile strategy, driving development and execution efforts against product vision and roadmap
  • Lead team of product owners, developers, and UX designers to bring new capabilities to market at speed and scale, delivering best-in-class client experience
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on deep understanding of client needs, business priorities, and industry trends
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on product strategy and enhancement plans
  • Manage projects through end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea to launch, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Work with Technology partners and vendors through agile development methodology, required governance and compliance approvals, and early risk identification and mitigation of issues
  • Partner with Marketing and Commercialization teams post-launch to update product collateral and spread awareness and excitement of new solutions to increase adoption and penetration
  • Day-to-day subject matter expert of the mobile app serving as the go-to product contact and managing and overseeing client requests, issues/escalations, stakeholder questions, and technical and operational tasks
  • Serve as an innovation champion and thought leader, identifying new opportunities for innovation, growth, and efficiencies to help simplify and improve the client experience
