- At least one year of experience in custodial, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience operating custodial and cleaning equipment and tools is required.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety procedures is required.
- Ability to read and understand labels and follow instructions is required.
- Ability to work effectively with residents and team members is required.
- Provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community to maintain cleanliness and support a resident-centered experience.
- Set up and take down meeting spaces and equipment for resident and public events, including tables, chairs, and audio/visual equipment.
- Operate custodial and floor-care equipment safely and according to manufacturer guidelines while cleaning assigned areas.
- Perform carpet cleaning, floor waxing, window washing, trash removal, and assigned minor maintenance tasks.
- Maintain awareness of safety and emergency procedures and respond calmly in emergency situations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
