Assurance Senior Manager

We are seeking an Audit Senior Manager to join the Affordable Housing Audit practice, able to be based in a number of our offices. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

• Team leadership and development of team members

• Develop client relationships to effectively manage engagements

• Workpaper review and feedback

• Resolve significant client issues

• Prepare billing and monitor collections

• Engagement management, communication, tracking, and oversight

• Filling in engagement team gaps including performing complex audit areas

• Participate in scheduling and management of resources

• Actively involved in firm initiatives

• Use or develop audit skills associated with the development life cycle of a LIHTC entity

• May participate in recruiting activities such as attending job fairs or participating in interviews

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field

• 7+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience

• CPA

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field

• 4+ year of supervisory experience
