- Experience in CRISPR and next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies is essential.
- Hands-on experience with routine molecular biology assays, including nucleic acid extraction and qPCR/dPCR.

- Provide input as a collaborating scientist on method development reports and test method optimization, qualification and validation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Familiarity with use of automation to generate data, perform data analysis, and notebook tracking to support test method execution.
- Troubleshooting and reworking experiments based on data interpretation.

This "avalanche of data," as Hegde described it, is driving the need for advanced analytics and AI-powered tools to accelerate trial design and patient enrollment. Parexel recently announced partnerships with Paradigm Health and Weave Bio to enhance its AI capabilities. These collaborations aim to streamline clinical trial processes and improve patient targeting, while maintaining regulatory compliance.
