- Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
- Knowledge of different skin care treatments and products.
- Five years of Medical Aesthetician experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A Maryland license.
- Certification from an accredited aesthetic school.
- Perform facial and body procedures, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Hydrafacials, and Diamond Glow treatments.
- Perform consultations and recommend skin care products.
- Follow up with patients after treatment to ensure expectations are met.
- Understand cosmetic procedures performed in the office and make appropriate referrals to providers.
- Educate patients on skin care and offer customized treatment plans for their individual needs, including an in-office plan and a home-care regimen.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and hygienic work area.
- Ensure accurate documentation in patient charts according to office protocols.
- Be available to work Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
