Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English at business competency level is essential
  • At least 5+ years’ account management experience
Responsibilities
  • Own, nurture, and grow significant new client relationship, acting as a trusted strategic advisor
  • Understand client business goals, brand strategy, audiences and commercial pressures
  • Lead the development of annual plans, campaign frameworks, and strategic/creative responses, with the ability to draft and create compelling presentations in PowerPoint
  • Confidently deliver ideas, proposals and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Oversee KPI setting, measurement frameworks, and robust campaign evaluation
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and live events
  • Project manage, determining critical milestones and reporting cadence
  • Translating briefs into actionable plans, inspiring idea generation and innovative thinking
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Production and Operations teams internationally
  • Forecast and manage potential risks, ensuring proactive solutions and client confidence
  • Lead partnerships with rights holders, talent, venues and key delivery partners
  • Own account profitability, forecasting and revenue planning
  • Identify and convert organic growth opportunities across existing clients
  • Contribute to new business pitches including presentation delivery
  • Ensure accurate project financial tracking, reporting, scopes of work and margin management
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with both internal colleagues and external clients to grow current business portfolio
  • Support THE·TEAM Global teams on client projects and new business opportunities
  • Help position THE·TEAM activation capabilities in market, reinforcing our global leadership

  • Direct knowledge of sports or entertainment industry
  • Experience in Social Media, Content and Creator Marketing
  • Experience in student marketing campaigns and working knowledge of German university set up

  • Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to transform ideas comprehensively, concisely and independently into PowerPoint and other presentation media to tell a visually compelling story
