- Possess organizational, communication, customer service, and teamwork skills and relevant experience.
- Experience with using a ticketing system and experience with updating data in an asset database.
- Must have 2-3 years of progressively responsible relevant work in the areas of installing, maintaining, and supporting computer hardware, Operating Systems, and software.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Windows 7, 8, Operating Systems and later, and Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to work with minimal direction, as well as work within a team environment.
- Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds computer equipment without assistance and may require unconventional positioning (crawling under desks, bending, etc.)
- Possess a valid CA driver’s license.
- The Contractor must provide the IT Hardware Support specialist with a vehicle (van or equivalent) and a including rolling cart (38”x46”x24”).
- Maintaining an Outlook Calendar which is updated with equipment move information.
