  • Minimum 7-10 years in a B2B content marketing, industry marketing or communications role targeting Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus
  • Experience in content marketing as part of an Industry Marketing team focused on Financial Services and/or ABM-Account Based Marketing approach is preferred
  • Experience developing and running in a programmatic way: case study/client references, thought leadership, demos and other product content
  • Experience collaborating with Web teams, SEO, Social Media and Paid Media to develop content that is SEO optimized and is engaging across digital mediums is a plus
  • Conceive original and compelling ideas for new content for a variety of audiences and mediums that appeal to enterprise clients
  • Advanced written and verbal communications skills with a strong command of the English language, as well as the ability to write for a global audience. Basic understanding of The Associated Press Stylebook is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize, manage stakeholders at all levels across the business and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset, curious, continuously exploring better ways to engage customers through high value content.
Responsibilities
  • In partnership with the Financial sector Industry/ABM team, Product Proposition team, and Digital Marketing, develop a global content program and produce compelling content assets (ie, articles, white papers, case studies, webinars, demos, etc.) that support the business' goals, desired identity and build awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Industry Marketers in Banking, Investing and Payments to develop an annual content calendar to ensure the continuous delivery of high value content that resonates with our target audiences and effectively builds a strong reputation for Dow Jones' capabilities, thought leadership and expertise within our target industries and accounts.
  • Manage internal and external content production process and partners
  • Collaborate with larger B2B marketing team, creative team and external vendors to create and edit content and monitor its effectiveness over time.
  • Partnering with the Industry/ABM Marketing managers run the Client Stories program, producing compelling case studies for Banking, Investing and Payments.
  • Run live webinars in the AMER and EMEA regions.
  • Manage translation and delivery of content assets to select countries.
  • Safeguard quality, brand tone of voice and style across all channels and materials.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and what competitors are doing.
  • Coordinate with Communications team regarding Content Calendar and media promotion.
