Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to tailor the Wellist platform and resource directory to their unique needs and goals.
  • Design and execute communication and activation strategies that drive user engagement and platform adoption.
  • Work with clients to develop programs that enhance employee experience and deliver measurable ROI for employers.
  • Implement and refine enrollment tactics, such as email campaigns, staff referrals to maximize conversion rates.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive deployment plans to ensure the successful launch of 2-3 large employer clients per quarter.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute seamless program launches, coordinating interdependencies and resource requirements.
  • Create a scalable implementation playbook to streamline operations as Wellist expands.
  • Optimize workflows and processes to reduce complexity and minimize costs.
  • Define and track KPIs to enhance client engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
