  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a renewal or customer retention role within the IT industry.
  • 10+ years of renewal leadership experience with an OEM.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with experience in coordinating efforts between sales and renewal teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and delivering value to both the company and its customers.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies and processes for renewals in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to shape the optimal company revenue strategy from our renewal assets via annual renewal planning, goal setting, and tactical renewal execution of target renewals for each fiscal year.
  • Coordinate with team members and sales leadership to ensure renewal quotes are accurate, timely, and contractual requirements and customer needs.
  • Drive the accuracy of renewal assets to minimize revenue loss.
  • Highlight and measure on-time and in-quarter renewal accuracy, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Build client confidence in our renewal assets by ensuring accuracy, transparency, and reliability in all renewal data and processes as needed.
  • Develop and implement best practices for renewal processes, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the renewal team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer focus.
