Requirements
  • A High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with maintaining the physical integrity of the community and a clean, well-maintained living environment.
  • Pick up trash and debris observed on the property while performing normal duties.
  • Anticipate, identify, and correct safety issues, hazardous conditions, and maintenance needs in the community.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and team to prioritize daily tasks.
  • Maintain community appearance by replacing lightbulbs, removing trash and litter, painting, and performing repairs.
  • Assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, housekeeping, notice distribution, inspections, and other assigned tasks.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment.
  • Complete minor repairs to utility systems and streets as needed.
  • Maintain grounds and landscaping by mowing and weeding as needed.
  • Perform duties safely, follow safety procedures, and use safety equipment properly.
  • Inspect, clean, and repair facilities and amenities, including the clubhouse, basketball courts, swimming pools, and maintenance garage.
  • Perform additional or modified duties as assigned at the company's discretion.
