Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an enterprise environment with System Center Configuration manager (SCCM) and/or Intune.
  • 4+ years supporting desktop/server systems in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work with other teams to understand and help with any necessary integrations with products maintained by the Endpoint Management team.
  • Work with Engineers to design, implement and maintain a standard desktop platform for firm applications.
  • Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) SCCM Integration for task sequence creation and maintenance.
  • Gold image creation with Windows 10 for both physical and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
  • Autopilot configuration and deployment using Microsoft Intune.
  • Create and evaluate standardized installations for approved applications to automate delivery to endpoints.
  • Software update patch management using SCCM and Ivanti Patch for SCCM.
  • Patching of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office products, and third-party products such as Java, Zoom, Flash, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
  • Knowledge with creation/implementation/maintenance of Microsoft Group Policy and Intune policies for management of the Windows desktop environment.
  • Basic knowledge with scripting in Windows PowerShell.
  • Develop and manage Quality Assurance processes to provide assurance and credibility that workstations and deployments function correctly.
  • Consult with technical staff and users on the evaluation and integration of new and/or specialized technologies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PC hardware specifications and configurations.
  • Ability to triage issues; work with internal teams and vendor support to drive resolution.
  • Generating reports and report templates to show compliance with current policies and deployments.
  • Incident and problem response through the Service Now ticketing system.
  • Special project and duties as assigned.
