The Delivery Lead role is responsible for growing Chowbus’ local market for our marketplace business. This role drives operational results, successful sales processes, and innovative solutions to grow marketplace revenue. The Delivery Lead will successfully develop the Chowbus delivery segment and expand market shares. 

What You’ll Focus On:

• Drive business results in all assigned markets, as defined by revenue growth and profitability. Develop market-specific strategy around company goals
• Operate at both the lowest level of detail and at a high level strategically. You will initially personally engage in activities such as selling to restaurants and optimizing delivery zones, to understand what drives your market. When you are ready to scale, you will build your own team
• Collaborate with functional leads and teams in HQ, such as Central Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product and Engineering, to drive projects critical to Chowbus’ growth and co-lead local team members within each function
• Maintain budgets and optimize spend within local market(s)

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of relevant experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field highly preferred
• Direct experience in a strategic, operations, or project management role preferred
• Direct or adjacent experience (delivery, groceries, restaurant, or any fulfillment type of industry) preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin required
• Sitting and working in front of a computer for long periods
• Frequent local traveling by car
• Periodic national travel
