Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 3 years of related professional experience. 6+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 6 years of related professional experience. 9+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret). US citizenship is a prerequisite.
  • Experience using Microsoft office suite, such as Excel, Word, Power Point, including Power BI
  • Experience with SAP and or SAP Business Warehouse
  • Experience managing competing priorities and deadlines for projects/ assignments.
Responsibilities
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Maintain execution velocity in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Engage with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Work with segment level program analysts to standardize IPMDAR Supplier integration and validation across Sentinel.
  • Update dashboards and complete regular audits of processes.
  • Support DECM metric justifications and related coaching to segment level.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Manage FFP/T&M suppliers as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Active DoD Secret level security clearance (with the investigation in the past 6 years). US citizenship is a prerequisite.
  • Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling
  • 3+ years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
  • Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.
  • Awareness of subcontracts and IWO agreements.
  • Experience with Deltek Cobra, MS Project, and OneIWO.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
