Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to integrate reporting requirements into solution design.
• Ensure necessary fields and data for reports are included in project features and user stories.
• Develop reporting solutions using Salesforce CRMA and Analytics Studio.
• Establish and update connections to data sources, including external sources such as Snowflake.
• Schedule, monitor, and manage data synchronizations, recipes, and job processes.
• Build and maintain complex data recipes and older dataflows.
• Create advanced dashboards using SAQL and other tools and apply appropriate security predicates to datasets
• Develop row-level and summary formulas and design and maintain custom report types and complex filter logic for Salesforce CRM Reports and Dashboards.
• Understand and manage relationships between standard and custom Salesforce objects.
• Navigate the Snowflake UI to access necessary tables and views.
• Use SQL to address data-related business questions.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Communicate efficiently with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• At least 1 year of development experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM, TCRM, Einstein Analytics).
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud a plus.
• Extensive experience in developing, managing, and maintaining interactive visualization dashboards and analytics.
• Proficient in the architecture and administration of visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and normalization.
• Data pipeline experience.
• Experience in dataflow and recipe creation and troubleshooting.
• Preferred experience with SAQL and CRMA dashboard creation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in query and reporting analysis tools.
• Competency in Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and multitask.

Our Lead System Engineer, earns between $143,800.00 - $215,800.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
