  • Completed at least two years toward your bachelor's with a concentration in human resources, organizational development, I/O psychology or related field

Responsibilities
  • Support change management efforts to create awareness and reinforcement of new performance management processes, philosophy and tools
  • Develop enablement tools and resources to roll out our pulse engagement survey
  • Support organizational design efforts in alignment with our people team transformation agenda

  • Experience in training delivery/ design would be a plus, but not required
