- Bilingualism is required for resources assigned to the north, with a contractual penalty for non-compliance.
- Completion of the basic Tuberculosis in Nunavik training course is required or available through ENA.
- A valid driver's licence is mandatory for all assignments.
- Availability during the fixed assignment period is required; the period cannot be modified.
- Intervene with adult clients across different programs, including psychosocial intake, mental health, and general social services.
- Work as a liaison nurse within the CRSSS de la Baie-James assignment.
- Work the full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on the day shift.
