- Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different timezones.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
- Passion for candidate experience and process improvement.
- Supporting the UK/ROW TA team with a wide range of administrative tasks, including screening, sourcing and candidate communication.
- Maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
- Conducting initial screening calls or assessments as needed and assist with candidate shortlisting.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools is desirable.
