The role:
The Global Compensation & Benefits Director will be responsible for designing, managing, and evolving compensation and benefits programs globally, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with Armis’ strategic goals. This role will partner closely with the People team, Finance and leadership teams to create compensation structures, incentive programs and benefits plans that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in global compensation frameworks and deep knowledge of benefits programs in various countries where Armis operates.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement global compensation strategies, salary structures, and incentive plans to ensure Armis remains competitive in various markets.
- Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analyses to ensure Armis’ compensation offerings align with industry trends and internal equity.
- Manage the annual salary review process, including budget planning, merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.
- Advise on compensation packages for new hires, promotions and transfers, ensuring alignment with Armis’ pay philosophy.
- Lead the global benefits strategy, including health, wellness, retirement, and other benefits offerings.
- Oversee the selection and management of benefits vendors globally, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular reviews of benefit programs to ensure competitiveness, cost-efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
- Drive employee education initiatives to maximize engagement with benefits offerings.
- Ensure global compensation and benefits programs comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Manage compensation-related audits and reporting, such as pay equity, wage transparency, and other regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with senior management and People Business Partners to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
- Advise the executive team on executive compensation matters, including long-term incentive plans, equity and bonus structures.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Create dashboards and reports that track compensation trends, cost implications, and workforce impacts.
- Collaborate with the Global Mobility team to manage compensation and benefits packages for international relocations and expatriate assignments.
What we expect:
- 7+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards management, preferably in a global organization.
- Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, market pricing and benefits design across multiple geographies.
- Experience managing global benefits programs, including health plans, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage compensation programs that support a global workforce, ensuring both external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Expertise in compliance with local, state, federal, and international labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is a plus.

Salary range guidance for this position is: $160,000-210,000 per year, depending upon experience.
