Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and Economics required
- At least eight years of experience with Big 4 Public Accounting and active CPA preferred
- CPG and/or beauty experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of US GAAP and operations of a multinational company
- Experience with multi-currency and inter-company
- Experience with hyper-growth environments
- Experience with ERP systems and other accounting software required (i.e. Netsuite, Avalara)
- Strong software and spreadsheet experience including proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all accounting operations including but not limited to Sales/AR, AP, Cash, Inventory / Cost Accounting
- Manage workflow and development of Accounting Manager
- Supervise the monthly and annual financial close process, strive for optimizations and efficiencies, i.e. drive close timelines down
- Build out best in class tax management and sales commissions structures for accurate and timely payments to domestic and international government entities
- Accountable for monthly financial reporting to parent company - P&G
- Lead financial reconciliation initiatives and projects across the organization including ERP additions, improved controls, new processes & procedures to increase financial acumen and guidance for the Company
- Provide data and insights to help managers run their departments, and make effective decisions, resulting in the ability to deliver consistent results
- Source ideas to drive efficiencies and improved controls for best practices and make recommendations to achieve an optimized state
- Liaison with key relationships including consultants, tax accountants, and auditors
- Analyze working capital accounts by supporting valuation and turnover specifically relating to inventory and accounts receivable
