Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring that all systems and processes are efficient.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition operations.
  • Responsible for conducting the screening and interview to ratify the data on the candidates resume. Also assess the fitment into the company from the values and cultural aspect. Conduct the initial first level cultural fit and competency level interview.
  • Work on the compensation and the negotiation of the final offer to the candidate.
  • Engage with the candidate till the joining.
  • Analysis data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of TAS professionals in operational aspect, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and prepare regular reports/ MIS on recruitment activities and outcomes for senior management.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Responsible to handle recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.) to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and process automation.
