Gratia runs a tech-enabled, managed marketplace that provides on-demand, pre-vetted analysts through a dual-sided platform. For clients, it handles sourcing, skills assessment, job matching, and on-the-job upskilling to deliver affordable, globally sourced talent in strategy, finance, and AI. For analysts, it operates a scalable apprenticeship program with over 50 hours of training and placement based on proven skills rather than pedigree. By unlocking government grants and tax credits, the model lowers costs and improves retention, connecting flexible analysts with financial services, consulting, and private equity clients delivered remotely from a global talent pool.
