Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand lead-generation strategies
  • Engage in comprehensive training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Begin reaching out to leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, qualifying prospects, and scheduling initial meetings for the sales team
  • Establish a collaborative partnership with the sales team, working together to understand and align on target account strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to prospect engagement and lead qualification
  • Take ownership of lead generation activities and develop strategies to improve outreach efficiency
  • Refine and optimize outreach messaging based on prospect feedback and market trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation
  • Take the lead on more complex and strategic accounts
  • Continuously analyze and improve the effectiveness of outbound campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights for campaign optimization
  • Play a key role in the development and implementation of new sales strategies
