Eric Litman is the founder and CEO of Aescape, a lifestyle robotics company revolutionizing wellness services. Eric has successfully founded and exited four companies before starting Aescape in 2017, and has established himself as an authority within the industry, consistently pushing boundaries to develop products that make people feel better and live healthier lives.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop a deep understanding of how our systems and components work to ensure development has all of the information needed to fix any issues.
- Create detailed test plans based off of technical designs and product requirements
- Execute test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software releases, including onsite testing of hardware devices, software and custom Android-based devices
- Work closely with development to integrate automated tests into our CI pipeline
- Execute releases on a consistent release schedule and monitoring changes in our systems through metrics and logs.
- Continuously learn and develop your skills while contributing to the growth of your colleagues.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Real attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality
Nice-to-have, but not required:
- Experience with hardware, robotics and IoT is big plus
- Experience with Xray test management tool is a plus
- Experience in testing ML/AI applications would be cool too

- Pay range from $125,000 to $140,000 + target bonus + equity.
