Responsibilities
  • Supports business-wide compliance of government regulations concerning import, export, trade agreements, and global operations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments as required on trade compliance issues affecting the business.
  • Ensure that products are accurately valued correctly for customs purposes.
  • Ensure that goods are classified correctly (HTS) and that the correct classifications were recorded properly in the designated database.
  • Assist with Country of Origin Determination and Free Trade Analysis as required.
  • Liaise with Logitech Customs Brokers within the region, ensuring all necessary documents are completed for import and coordinating with various customs authorities and Government agencies when necessary.
  • Communication of information to other departments/facilities relating to shipments.
  • Assist with the investigation of suspected non-compliance of customs and trade compliance laws or related company policies, and develop and test corrective actions.
