What you’ll get to do:

• Utilize expertise in process engineering to optimize manufacturing operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety
• Assist existing automated lines in production pace and efficiency
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of new processes and technologies
• Take part in a highly automated manufacturing process equipped with high level robotics, vision systems, fixturing, laser welders, and clean rooms
• Consult, assist, and advice the existing manufacturing and leadership team

What will make you successful

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in process engineering within an automotive manufacturing environment
• Experience with cell assembly, particularly in the production of fuel pumps
• Strong knowledge of automated manufacturing processes with minimal reliance on manpower
• Proficiency with mechanical systems and clean room operations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
