We are seeking dynamic and motivated students to join our 12-week internship program for Summer 2024! The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) internship provides the opportunity to partner with our HRBPs, learn the business, and work closely on day-to-day HR initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable insights into the HRBP role and develop essential skills for an HR career.

• Collaborate across the HRBP team to help support key initiatives such as talent assessments, performance management, the annual People Engagement Survey, and special projects.
• Provide recommendations and create documentation for process improvements to enhance team efficiencies thru automation and simplification.
• Provide day to day support to HRBPs which includes analyzing organization design/structure, organization health metrics, and assisting with business leader support

• Pursuing an Undergraduate or Masters Degree in a Human Resources, Communications, or Business field
• Interest in Human Resources and Technology Organizations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive presence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Collaborative approach inside and outside of the team

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $20 and $23. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
