Requirements
  • Understanding of the entire employee lifecycle with the ability to recommend technical solutions to improve the employee experience
  • In depth understanding of business process workflows, advanced reporting capabilities, and overall system compliance
  • Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively, handle ambiguity, and tackle open-ended problems
  • Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for developing strong partnerships with internal users and leadership
  • Highly organized with an operational mindset and ability to track and deliver on core maintenance work and new feature rollouts
Responsibilities
  • Core Workday system maintenance and system data integrity
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to Workday users
  • Develop and implement scalable, flexible solutions in Workday HCM that improve employee experience and compliance programs
  • Seek and drive process efficiencies that remove administrative effort from end users
  • Create reusable documented workflow process for the wider People and Workday teams
  • Oversee the system maintenance and upkeep of Workday including regular audits of system data and general system configuration
Desired Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Workday HCM experience at a public company; global public company experience is a plus
