Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of eCommerce marketing creative content strategies and the development of marketing assets to drive traffic, conversions, and customer engagement on Parts.cat.com and Cat Central
  • Manage the intake process and specification of creative deliverables, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and budget, and collaborate with the eCommerce paid media team and creative agencies for implementation
  • Oversee the messaging matrix, ensuring consistency and clarity across marketing assets
  • Manage organic social media strategy, developing content that engages customers and aligns with marketing goals, and oversee influencer partnerships ensuring they complement broader campaign initiatives
  • Manage onsite marketing content on Parts.cat.com and Cat Central, including banners, campaign landing pages, and content for Caterpillar-activated campaigns in collaboration with other teams
  • Drive dealer capabilities by delivering creative assets and content marketing tactics, supporting their eCommerce promotions through various channel tactics, including in-store, paid media, organic social, and onsite marketing
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals and improve and inform digital marketing performance recommendations
  • Consult with business partners and dealers on marketing content initiatives to inform and educate on Commerce marketing content initiatives and placement partnership opportunities, aligning with roadmap and KPIs
  • Analyze marketing data to track KPIs, report on campaign performance, and adjust strategies to optimize results
  • Manage vendor relationships for creative deliverables, ensuring timely delivery, on-budget completion, and high-quality standards
  • Lead documentation and stakeholder engagement to drive transparency around eCommerce marketing deliverables
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to integrate creative content into larger marketing campaigns and partnerships, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives
