As a Warehouse Lead, you will provide additional resources to the Warehouse Operations leadership team, while providing high potential hourly associates the opportunity for development and potential advancement. Warehouse Leads will develop their leadership qualities, overall business acumen and people skills needed to be considered for a supervisory role.

• Earn $28.25 per hour
• Full time, 1st shift
• 47 Old Ferry Road Brattleboro, VT 05301

You will contribute by:

• Under the supervision of a Shift Manager, the Warehouse Lead will be responsible for directing the day to day hourly warehouse associates within an assigned AOR to achieve daily operational goals
• Leading & following-up on team activities & drive accountability within their assigned Warehouse
• Communicating daily expectations with team members
• Attending daily, weekly and monthly supervisor meetings
• Attending or participating in management training classes for leadership development
• Carrying out assigned projects for leadership development
• Communicating with other supporting functional groups within C&S

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools

• Strong sense of safety and ability to follow standard safety procedures
• Team-oriented outlook with a passion for helping others

• Ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
