- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience using or supporting ERP systems (e.g., SYSPRO, Acumatica, NetSuite, Dynamics 365).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with SQL, report writing tools, or scripting languages is a plus.
- Provide first-level support for ERP users, resolving issues related to system functionality, data integrity, and user access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Assist in ERP system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation.
- Support data imports, exports, and reporting needs.
- Escalate complex issues to ERP vendors or internal technical teams as needed.
- Familiarity with accounting, supply chain, or manufacturing modules within ERP systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Project management or change management experience.
