Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers in organizing, planning, and executing renewable energy projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and materials to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Liaise with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and finance, to gather project updates and facilitate communication.
Act as a central point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities, to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and budget tracking sheets.
Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies to anticipate and address potential project challenges.
Support the implementation of project management tools and processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and site visits, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned with project objectives.
Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to the project team and management.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize project management practices and enhance overall project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or related field.
Proven experience (insert number of years) in project coordination or project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) is desirable.
Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, industry regulations, and best practices is a plus.
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred but not required.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English, both Written and Spoken

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.

Expected Pay Range

$60,000—$80,000 USD
