Responsibilities
  • Deconstruct complex benefits concepts into digestible pieces
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Display empathy, actively listen, and clearly communicate with callers
  • Address all questions or complaints and provide accurate and efficient responses
  • Consistently meet internal service level agreements and goals
  • Ability to navigate through multiple platforms to provide accurate information
  • Demonstrate ability to navigate challenging conversations and address caller's concerns with empathy and compassion
