ProSidian Seeks a Threat Manager - Senior Level | Insider Threat Management and Analysis [DITMAC0011010] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Full-Time located CONUS - Quantico, VA Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting Federal agency safeguarding DoD security, counterintelligence, and insider threat programs.

Seeking Threat Manager candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as DITMAC.  This as a Full-Time ProSidian W-2 Insider Threat Management and Analysis Functional Area - Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) Threat Analysis Center Support Services Supply/Service Initiative and an employed position with commensurate benefits and competitive salary.

JOB OVERVIEW

• Provide services and support as a Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) Threat Analysis Center Support Services (Threat Manager) in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focusing on Risk Management Solutions for clients such as Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) | DITMAC / Insider Threat Management Division Generally Located In CONUS - Quantico, VA and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Threat Manager - Senior Level | Insider Threat Management and Analysis [DITMAC0011010]

• Coordinate with federal partners to develop response protocols and escalate threats in alignment with DITMAC policies.
• The role(s) are located in the Mid Atlantic Region is at or near CONUS - Quantico, VA.  Work Site Address:  ​27130 Telegraph Road ​Quantico, VA 22134-2253

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Threat Manager - Senior Level | Insider Threat Management and Analysis [DITMAC0011010] (DITMAC0011010) Candidates:

• Possess a minimum of six (6) years of experience in threat assessment and/or threat management.
•  A demonstrated understanding of the DoD population through work experience directly supporting the military or DoD population.
• Experience providing support and expertise to a local, state or federal threat management unit or team focused upon assessing and managing the risk of violent behavior.
• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience with providing military or civilian leaders with threat assessment and threat management advice and counsel, and presenting those findings in both written and verbal formats.
• Experience with the Intelligence and/or Law Enforcement communities, Government, DoD and commercial databases used to compile analytic products, and the ability to incorporate resulting analysis into threat assessment briefs.
• Demonstrated experience using Structured Professional Judgement (SPJ) Tools to support threat assessment and management, such as Workplace Assessment of Violence Risk (WAVR)-21 and Trap 18.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of five (5) years of compensated professional experience in the field of threat assessment and management (TAM); OR, two (2) years of membership in good standing in ATAP as defined in the Association Bylaws, and 2 years of compensated professional experience, which may be concurrent.
• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of threat assessment and/or threat management.
• A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience with providing military or civilian leaders with threat assessment and threat management advice and counsel, and presenting those findings in both written and verbal formats.
• Possess a certification as a Threat Assessment Professional administered by the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP),and must be an active ATAP member.
