- Walk the property throughout the day and remove litter, debris, and pet droppings from breezeways, pools, grounds, common areas, and other areas.
- Remove trash and recyclables from the office and maintain trash areas according to the agreed schedule.
- Check and log pool levels daily and vacuum pools weekly.
- Clean and assist with upkeep of facilities by performing general labor duties.
- Clean and maintain grills, inspecting timers and knobs to ensure safety.
- One or more years of general labor job experience.
- Multifamily experience.
- Certified Pool Operator certification.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills through all communication channels.
