  • At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
Responsibilities
  • Retrieve and relocate all products from all facility areas and ensure proper placement of such merchandise in its respective area
  • Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively
  • Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars; leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments
  • Responsible for retrieving all merchandise on all receiving docks, stack lanes, and put-away locations
  • Responsible for using RF scan guns to relocate all merchandise and accurately assign products to their physical location and systematically
  • Responsible for compliance of maintaining product placement in respective and proper zone locations
  • Responsible for completing all operational processes related to the relocation of merchandise
  • Ensure all quality and production goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Company President Alex Melvin said the campus will be located north of Illinois 16 and west of Interstate 57 in the area of the interchange. It will include the company's headquarters, a flagship store and a separate events center that will seat up to 1,500. The tenth annual Tour de Charleston is set to offer bicycle races for all ages and other festivities on Saturday, June 13.

Governor Pritzker announced that the farm equipment supplier will invest 75-million-dollars to construct a new Store Support Center Campus in Mattoon. The new location will hold the company's leadership and support departments. The project will create 100 new full-time jobs and retain 719 existing full-time jobs in Coles County.
