The Administrative Assistant will maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism while preparing, handling, and processing information while supporting the Program Management (PM), Leadership and Staff teams.

What You Will Do

• Effectively partner across the business area tosupportvarious general operational tasks (email, travel arrangements, expense reports, suppliers, etc)

• Managea high degree of fluency with relevant software resources such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and ZOOM (to name a few)

• Coordinate large meetings to include both internal and external executives (reserve and manage conference rooms, catering, domestic and foreign visitor access, and general support to both unclassified and classified work areas and teams)

• Coordinate domestic and international travel and expense reporting

• Manageconflicting priorities by maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly agenda items

• Operate independently on daily office coordination activities to include occasional backup for other admin and PM groups

• Attend meetings; capture actions and maintain action list to ensure follow up

• Generate correspondence, charts, tables, reports, and other material with speed and accuracy using Microsoft Suite or other program applications

• Compose memoranda, certificates, and correspondence to include final PowerPoint presentation material

Qualifications You Must Have

• High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4yearsof relevant experience

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365Suite resources (Presentation, Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, etc)

• Experience managing calendar activity for aleadership team

• An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly level U.S. government issued security clearance isrequiredpriorto start date. U.S. citizenship isrequired, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for asecurity clearance

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
