Requirements
  • Willing to take a background and drug test
  • Electrical Engineering degree and at least 2 years of industry experience or 5 years industry experience in a Master Electrician role required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with inspection work desired
  • Previous exposure to Low and Medium voltage electrical installations including switchgear, power distribution, UPS, and protection devices
  • A working knowledge IEC, NEC, NFPA, and IEEE electrical quality standards, practices, specifications, and NETA testing specifications
  • Must be detail driven
  • High-level analytical ability and decision making
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical quality team members
  • Oversee and inspect electrical testing activities
  • Inspect products and prepare QC/QA documents
  • Lead and ensure the execution of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) procedures
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations departments
  • Participate in the development and revision of procedures and specifications
  • Submit inspection reports and QC reports
  • Collaborate positively with team members
  • Ensure the organization’s calibration system is performing on schedule
  • Other job duties as assigned
