Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least six months of experience working in an office environment is required.
  • Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, route calls to the appropriate staff member, and document and distribute messages.
  • Greet visitors in the reception area and direct them to the appropriate staff; coordinate appointments as necessary.
  • Respond to basic inquiries from participants, beneficiaries, and union representatives regarding benefit plans.
  • Maintain the lobby and reception area in an organized and professional manner.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, preparing documents, photocopying, scanning, faxing, collating, and data entry as needed.
  • Assist with mail handling depending on location needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Prior multi-line telephone experience is strongly preferred.
