BehaviorCare Therapy delivers one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) from birth to 21 across Arizona, including center-based options in Tempe. After an in-person or telehealth assessment by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), an Individualized Behavior Plan outlines therapy hours and goals, and a Behavior Technician provides direct 1:1 services under supervision. The company emphasizes therapy in the child’s natural environments (home or school), with active family involvement and training to apply strategies daily, tracked via an online portal. It differentiates itself with a 'no wait list, ever' policy, assistance with insurance authorizations from major providers (Cigna, Aetna, AHCCCS), and flexible scheduling to fit family routines, aiming to help children gain skills and independence.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Indeed showed open RBT and BCBA roles in Arizona in March 2026.
  • The website updated August 2026 still markets immediate starts and statewide coverage.
  • Autism demand remains high, supporting utilization across Phoenix, Tucson, Chandler, and Tempe.

What critics are saying

  • BehaviorCare appears in Phoenix Children's 2026 ABA list, signaling fierce local competition.
  • Arizona ABA rates and documentation standards are tightening, squeezing margins by 2027.
  • Dependence on Medicaid and commercial authorizations exposes revenue to payer denials and audits.

What makes BehaviorCare Therapy unique

  • Arizona-wide in-home ABA, with sessions at home or school, strengthens family retention.
  • No wait list, ever, directly targets one of autism care’s biggest pain points.
  • Phoenix base plus Tempe center gives both mobile and center-based delivery options.
