Requirements

  • Healthcare workers must meet pre-employment health requirements, including required immunizations and screenings.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a unit or function, oversee and coordinate projects or work processes, and distribute the work of at least two full-time employees.
  • Direct the daily operations of the office, manage calendars and calls, assess issues, and escalate matters as appropriate.
  • Serve as the principal source of information on policies, procedures, programs, and office activities.
  • Oversee, monitor, and control the office budget and spending.
  • Participate in special projects, identify project needs, research and analyze data and materials, collect updates, and prepare and maintain documentation, tracking, reports, and presentations.
  • Review department processes and systems and develop, implement, and oversee procedures that streamline operations, eliminate duplication, and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and prioritize communications, provide background for decisions, flag time-sensitive material, and initiate follow-up.
  • Compose or coordinate substantive communications, review outgoing material for accuracy and completeness, and develop or produce presentation materials.
  • Prioritize, assign, and monitor work; set standards and expectations for administrative support staff; ensure adequate coverage; clarify roles and responsibilities; and cultivate productive relationships between teams.
  • Attend meetings and draft minutes.
  • Greet visitors, answer and screen telephone calls, assess the nature of business, respond to information requests, provide assistance, and screen and respond to mail.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Excel.
