  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing and growth
  • Experience with relevant CRM and MAP tools (Hubspot)
  • Track record of delivering and reporting business impact via nurture and lifecycle campaigns
  • Experience continuously improving relevant metrics, including open rates and conversion rates
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, content, marketing ops, and product marketing teams
Responsibilities
  • Own audience segmentation and always-on email nurture strategy
  • Support product-led growth initiatives leveraging product usage signals
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities and conduct experiments to increase lifecycle performance metrics
  • Own customer journey map and execute campaigns to improve and accelerate journeys
  • Build personalized chat flows on marketing website to engage and nurture website visitors
  • Report and analyze lifecycle campaign performance and offer insights for ongoing optimization
  • Develop and support new acquisition, re-activation, and referral campaigns
