Responsibilities
Participate in comprehensive leadership training and development sessions

Support department heads with project planning, execution, and analysis
Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions to track growth
Identify areas of opportunity for improvement within organizational processes

Prepare progress reports and present key findings to senior leadership
