- Lead and manage the department’s quoting, design, and documentation processes for packaged systems
- Develop detailed engineering designs and ensure drawings and submittals meet project requirements and industry standards
- Oversee the selection and integration of components, including pumps, compressors, motors, heat exchangers, piping, and instrumentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure packaged systems meet commercial and industrial application needs
- Ensure designs adhere to quality standards and applicable codes while optimizing for cost and functionality
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering innovation and professional development
- Collaborate with manufacturing and fabrication teams to ensure seamless assembly and installation
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Experience with steel structures or enclosures
- Knowledge of industry standards and codes (ASME, ANSI, NFPA)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
