  • 5+ years in GTM roles including contributions as a leader, individual contributor, and demonstrated leadership

Responsibilities
  • Assist and communicate with executives in strategic decision-making, program initiatives and KPI alignment.
  • Oversee strategic enablement initiatives, from development through successful execution.
  • Serve as liaison between the executive team, sellers, and ecosystem/enablement leaders.
  • Assist with onboarding and ongoing enablement for all Sales Functions.
  • Help build, drive and measure key strategic GTM programs; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert, developing plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communication.
  • Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency, scale and productivity for the EMEA field org
