  • 3+ years of experience in a highly quantitative and analytical environment
  • Strong ability to access, manipulate, and understand full funnel datasets and technical platforms without oversight
  • Ability to discern signal from noise using statistical approaches such as sampling, hypothesis testing, and a/b testing
  • Collaboration with Data Scientists to determine where Machine Learning and AI could be leveraged
  • Strong business communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Gain hands-on experience in partnership relationship management, operations, digital marketing, finance, UX testing, and other key areas of the Bankrate Home Lending business
  • Manage day-to-day and strategic operations, including formulating, designing, implementing and executing strategic initiatives for partnerships and onsite
  • Own communication streams with key stakeholders and partners
  • Manage priorities and execution across a team of analysts, creatives, and engineers
  • Conduct thorough analyses of revenue, conversion, and performance to drive greater profitability and efficiency
  • Assess and initiate potential new partnerships or product launches
