Requirements
- Provide technical support and maintain company help desk to provide quality service with quick turn around
- On-site technical support as needed (AV conferencing, printers, event setup)
- Investigate and resolve endpoint security issues
- Backup support to our IT team with possible after-hours coverage
- Administration and troubleshooting of company Mac/Windows, BYOD, peripherals. SaaS applications/integrations, network, and IDP
- Maintenance of company MDM solution and patch management
- Administration and audit user access/permissions to our company's critical software infrastructure and file systems
- Executing company wide cybersecurity initiatives, policies, and IT related projects
- Support on/off boarding of employees and procurement orders
- Cross functional collaboration
- Attend trainings and assist where needed
- Must Have
- 2 years experience performing IT Support and using help desk ticketing systems
- Experience managing Mac, PC, iOS, and Android devices and using MDM solutions, such as Jamf, Apple DEP, Intune
- 1 year network experience, i,.e VPN, firewalls, TCP/IP
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Office 365, Sharepoint, Slack, Envoy, video conferencing, and other collaborative tools
- Experience using IDM, SSO, MFA with Okta or similar
- Experience tracking hardware assets and procurement
- Experience supporting project phases such as, deployments and testing
- On/Off boarding of employee accounts and resources
- 1 year using corporate endpoint security solutions like AntiVirus
- Knowledge of IT security best practices
- Excellent communicator, detail oriented, and customer service focused

- Active Directory, Azure AD
- AWS and Heroku exposure
- Familiar with project management tools
- Email and computer migration
- Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti
- Windows Server, Linux
- Coding experience, i.e Python, Bash, Powershell
- Security certifications, i.e Security +
- Familiar with company compliance (SOC 2, PCI, ISO, NIST)
