Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Call Center Operations.
  • Prior experience in biotech, preferably in diagnostics, is highly valued.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional direct-to-patient support. Ensure the team aligns with annually defined KPI goals.
  • Shape the team's overarching vision and oversee daily operations. Lead strategic and planning exercises, identifying key market trends and leveraging opportunities.
  • Oversee the design and cadence of patient invoicing, ensuring seamless collaboration with the call center.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including clinical, product, sales, and customer service teams, to drive cohesive strategies and responses to market events.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring clear communication across all organizational levels.

Their main technology is cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing, which analyzes small DNA fragments in the blood to detect molecular residual disease (MRD) in cancer patients, aiding in treatment decisions.
