  • Identifying payment issues and working with sales department and customer to resolve them
  • Reconciling fixed assets purchases, calculating depreciation, and preparing related journal entries
  • Reconciling patent and trademark legal expenses, calculating amortization, and preparing related journal entries
  • Supporting and participating in closing process
  • Compiling fixed asset data for preparation of property tax filings
  • Backing up accounts payable as required
  • Representing accounting department, striving for process improvement and efficiency
  • Preparing and evaluating financial information as assigned
  • Completing special projects and duties as assigned
